Ingredients
Method
- Half-fill the Wok with warm water, and bring it to a rapid boil.
- Combine all ingredients in a Silicone Bowl, and stir well.
- Divide the mixture evenly between Muffin Cups.
- Place onto Steamer, cover, and simmer on high for 25 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the middle of the pudding comes out clean.
- Turn upright and invert onto the Cooling Rack
- Serve with lemon curd or lemon custard

Use Silicone Egg Poachers or Tartlets as a substitute for 1-cup Muffin Cups to make 12 smaller puddings
