Prawn and Basil “Linguine”

Prawn and Basil “Linguine”
The ease of this dish and the flavours are fantastic!
This delicious prawn dish can be made in minutes. This evening snack is made with prawns, spicy sauces and chillies.

Ingredients
- 1 pckt fettucine
- 1 tlbspn Olive oil
- 1/2 kg Green prawns, peeled, deveined
- 100g snow peas
- 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1tspn chilli paste
- 3 tblsn basil paste
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/2 cup cream
Step 1
Cook fettucine according to packet instructions
Step 2
Heat pan and add oil and cook prawns until pink (only a few minutes)

Step 3
Add snow peas, tomatoes, garlic, chilli, basil and cream
Step 4
Toss through pasta and season to tase
Step 5
Serve with a nice side salad
