Pressure Cooker Scalloped Potatoes

It takes only minutes to prepare this side dish. This side dish is perfect for Thanksgiving, Easter or weeknights.
Ingredients
- 4 large Potatoes sliced
- 1 sweet potato, peeled and sliced
- 1 medium brown onion, thinly sliced
- 4 rashers bacon, diced
- 300mls thickened cream
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1 Packet Chicken noodle soup mix
- 1tbs Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup tasty cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmasan cheese
Step 1
In the pressure cooker layer roughly the potato, sweet potato, onion, and bacon. Mix in a bowl cream, milk, chicken noodle soup, and mustard. Pour over potatoes. Bring to pressure and cook on setting 2 for 10 mins. Turn off the heat and reduce pressure naturally. Once pressure is released sprinkle over tasty cheese and parmesan.
