    I love the quality and the finish of the Stainless steel. The product looks great without a doubt. Nicely packaged.However . . . . .the handle is absolutely rubbish. It is fixed by way of slotted cam at the back of the auger and does not fit snuggly at all. It wobbles around like a broken tree branch and honestly brings the quality of the product right down. I am certain the design engineers thought this was an improvement for what ever reason, and to be honest I thought it was a clever idea before I bought it and so obviously put an order through. Would I buy another one? absolutely no way known and I honestly warn other prospective buyers to seriously consider buying another size or indeed brand where the handle is retained by a Shoulder screw/bolt where the handle fits snugly and does nor wobble about like that broken branch I mentioned earlier. I apologise for the negative feedback but feel it necessary to warn others.HUANYU please fix this issue because if you don’t you will lose thousands of sales.

    Product: #12 grinderI read a lot of reviews before buying this and it has lived up to the good reviews. I love the heavy stainless steel. My grinder had no burrs on the grinding plates like one user, and the handle attachment method for the No. 12 is great, no issues. I ground up three packages of chicken thighs with no problem. The only downside as one user noted is that you can only fit a plate under this for the ground meat to fall onto. A bowl will not work due to the clearance(or lack thereof) between the grinder and the countertop. I may make a custom mount at some point, but it would be better if the manufacturer would just increase the clearance. Still, it’s just a minor nuisance, not a serious problem and heavily outweighed by all the benefits!!!

    Works well.
    Grinds well. Takes a little effort for certain tougher meats. We used a thin strip of wood to make sure the clamp didn’t mar our table top.

You are about to experience the awe and mystery which reaches from the deepest inner mind… to The Outer Limits.I BELIEVE…….I BELIEVE……..I AM IN CONTROL OF MY YUMMYNESS……I WILL NEVER BUY STORE BOUGHT GROUND BEEF……..EVER……150 GRAMS….of pure yummyness……this is a bucket list event….so you can understand my enthusiasm…First issue….VERY IMPORTANT…..LOOK AT YOUR PLATES…..the holes have burrs on them…..even so small… will dull your knife….im a machinist…..i used emery cloth and did circular motion on each plate….ran the knife over it….NICE AND SMOOTH….use wet dry sand paper fine grit….and take your time….you can put magic marker on the top of your plate to see where you sand down….be careful….no pressure….just set the plate on the wet dry….with a little water….and look at your progress on the burrs…..SECOND……its 40 degrees where i live……go outside and grind….put the meat in the freezer…..COLD MEAT IS YOUR FRIEND….dont let that fat in no shape or form get warm……i started out with the smallest holes….with cold meat….i had to muscle it thru….but the outcome is stellar….ONE PASS….im good…..the meat was soooo cold…..when i began to mix it out of the grinder….my hands couldnt take it….i had to stop….THIRD…..they say in the manual after cleaning and drying to add a little oil……im a bacon fat freak….in my freezer…i have some beautiful SNOWY WHITE….bacon fat….BACON FAT IS YOUR GRINDERS FRIEND….USE IT….I WILL NEVER BUY STORE BOUGHT GROUND BEEF……EVER…..i dont have to worry about Charli the meat butcher picking his nose and playing with my food….NASTY……I AM IMPRESSED…..I use 2.5 pounds of Ground Chuck….to less than a quarter pound English Bacon… didnt take away from the fresh ground chuck….you could smell it….but it added a stealth ADDITION …to a stellar mix….AND OH MY GOODNESS….what a taste……AMAZING…..MOST SATISFIED….THANK YOU HUANYUCAPTAINS LOG STARDATE. 1282022…In my quest to perfect the greatest fair cheeseburger….i broke the golden rule….chuck is the golden rule…i got a good deal on some beef shank…a little prep because of the silver…the burger was richer….the fat seem alot more….but it didnt bleed all over my grill like chuck….it was tasty….im trying to be healthy.. no sugar in my burger sauce….dates from the jordan valley. yummy

    Funktion Top.
    Hat ein gutes Gewicht.Kann am Tisch ohne Probleme befestigt werden, allerding muss man auch eine passend flache Schüssel haben die da noch unter passt, zuerst musste eine Pfanne herhalten.Funktion überzeugt allerdings, Sehnen, Fett und Fleisch werden ohne probleme gewolft.Einfach den Schweinenacken zu Hackepeter verwandeln, dann klappt das auch mit die Bouletten.Messer nach ~10 Benutzungen/Reinigungen immernoch Top.Reinigung geht auch besser als bei dem elektrischen Modell, das wir vorher hatten.Hoffe wir werden noch lange Spass andem Gerät haben.
